Comments: Absolutely horrific experience... Standard message from Marisa Angelucci-Desira "go speak to you solicitor" basically copy pasted as response to every email, likely under direction from her superior Toni Serrafero. They're not willing to speak to you even though I'm their customer. The assignment contract is with me! Even my solicitor advised me that they should directly answer my questions as I'm the purchase of the assignment from them! Extremely poor customer service, they will ask you to sign amendments without explaining or sending them for your lawyers review. Happy to share my story with anyone considering buying any of their constructions especially SOUL which is what I purchased. I believe they're starting sales on VIVO next door in Toronto - Buyer Beware!

Positives: Verve will fit in nicely with the revitalization of East Village here in Calgary!
Comments: This building offers great floor plans, fresh modern interior and fixtures. Verve's amenities are second to none, with an outside cabana, fire pit and jacuzzi.
