Positives: Negatives: Poor customer service and management. Like to rip off residents and randomly charge additional fees Comments: High level: not one good experience with them so far. 1. Not professional at all in terms of fee estimation. All estimates written in the initial agreement are way off compared to the actual fees at closing. (i.e. 200% more parking management fee than agreed estimate in the signed contract; $240 administration fee for data entry when changing a car to park in the garage!!!) 2. A lot of surprising charges and fees here and there 3. The assigned management office is useless so that the company still has the control to the condo building 4. Majority of the main decision are made by its sister company Amexon Property Management, which also provided poor quality of customer service.

Positives: The staff and sales team are extremely helpful. They were able to go above and beyond and accommodate my needs. Comments: This developer meticulously plans every aspect of their projects. Thorough attention to every detail and creates a living experience that is rarely created by today's builders. From the amenities to the carefully designed floor plans, concierge, and design, they take everything into account and deliver nothing less than an exceptional product. Strongly recommend this developer, excited to see their future developments.

Positives: Fantastic attention to detail, high quality materials used, and unit was delivered as promised Negatives: A minor deficiency was corrected within days. Comments: Very helpful sales and after sales staff. I would recommend this developer to all.

Positives: The building is beautiful. Negatives: Poor management, starting to look run down in only just over 2 years. Comments: As an realtor, I would NEVER recommend this builder or SouthBeach Condos in Toronto.
