I'm a purchaser of phase 2 of The Queensway in Keswick by Park Avenue Home. Their address is 2 Farr Ave , Sharon Ontario.
I purchase the detached house in February 2016, at a price of approx $700k, hoping to move in to this brand new house with growing family with new born twins when it's complete. After one year , in march 2017. Developers lawyer Jayson Schwartz sent me an email letting me know the developer is terminating the contract due to not  being able to meet their target date in the contract. 

The market price of the house went up for at least 30% since the day I purchased the house. Now They are terminating the deal and my family is not able to afford a similar house anywhere in the GTA anymore.  The developer simply 'borrowed' our money for other use for a year and now saying sorry too bad. And they are advertising on the website that they will be selling phase 3 in the queensway. 

I just want a comfortable house to stay with my family. But if that doesn't happen, I am going to gather other buyers info to start a litigation lawsuit, so this developer won't be able to keep taking advantage of future home buyers, please let me know if you have other buyers for this development contacted you, I would love to discuss with them regarding further action
