Hi @Addy Saeed,

PineLake appears to still be around. They are the owners of the site, and are partnering with JFJ Developments to develop it.

This site was refused by the city earlier this year, and the developer is appealing to the OMB. So I wouldn't hold my breathe on imminent movement or launch.
