RUMOUR: New development coming to Adelaide and Peter St

Fresh off the rumour mill, @Graywood Developments Ltd bought the land surrounding the Templar Hotel, and will be developing it shortly.

I drew some boundaries above, but I am not sure the specific buildings that is included (such as Burrito Banditos, and the Aria Entertainment Complex.

This is a massive site.

Last week it looked like they were testing the soil.

That's going to be epic.

there's a lot going on in the entertainment district, but long term the area is a home run place to own real estate IMO.

this neighbourhood is going to have such awesome density and vibrancy and is so connected to everything downtown
