How many floors are going to be built? Since there are commercial shops on the first few levels, how many floors are residential? tks

The latest that I heard was two 15-storey towers with a shared 3-storey podium.
- ~185 residential units
- just over 6,500 square metres of commercial/office space

I heard it was a jam packed event. Only heard good things, and sounds like they will sell out fast.

This project has been a huge success thus far. Great value for the location, features, and finishes they are offering.
FYI the commercial will not likely be for sale, looks like they want to retain ownership for the long term.
Great spot for a Starbucks in my opinion!
