Indeed, @Axiom Condos Phase 2 should be launching this Fall. @Residences at The Hunt Club is open, however they have not had a (public) grand opening yet.

For Trafalgar Landing (and any other low rise projects), we actually created a separate Chat post which you can contribute to here...
