Pretty comprehensive list. 2014 looks like it is going to be an incredible year.

We wrote about the most anticipated projects of the year based on what we've been hearing from our investors (http://www.talkcondo.com/blog/anticipated-condo-projects-2014)

In the Downtown Toronto world there are a lot of projects that will be launching in and around the subway lines which tends to be a major driver for investors. I'm calling 2014 "The Year of Yonge Street".

@Jen Villamar the list as a whole does look big, but these condos are spread throughout the GTA. If you break it down by the area, doesn't look like a whole lot of supply.
