Feedback from Homeowners of Concord Pacific

Does anyone who was used to live in or is currently living in condos (Park Place homeowner preferred) by Concord Pacific could give me the feedback about the developer?
I'm a first-time home buyer and am thinking about the 1 bedroom at @Park Avenue Condos in Surrey coming to be completed in 2016.

Concord typically has a strong reputation, and are very large builders.

Their reputation is strong for the first time homebuyers segment of the market, so don't expect over the top luxury, or incredible design.

Depends on the building.
Some of them are great, others not so much.

Park Place is a takeover of a development that was already underway as well, so you'll want to know at which point they took over; how much progress had already been made at that time and who was doing the construction before.

Infinity had some issues with original owners and crime and such too. I'd look into if that has been cleaned up will before buying into next door.
What is going to happen with the former Sky Towers lots across the street is something to look at as well.
