What is "construction netting"??

What the heck is construction netting, and why isn't this awesomeness being used on any condos in Canada?

Most new condos wrapped in scaffolding We ue it on the outside of scaffolding to keep debris in and sun out. Especially for masonry pojects.

Tridel: is there any way around the by-laws? Seems like it is so beautiful, and such a shame. This would be wild to see in Toronto.

Ya, in Ottawa and we were involved in jobs in Kingston that used it too. Not as elaborate as in that picture, theirs has been screen printed with that design obviously, but same stuff nontheless

Most construction netting is not nearly as interesting as that from @345 Meatpacking. Usually it's just bland and tattered. I do think it's a great opportunity to make a statement though.
