Anyhow, I'd be a lot more inclined to use this service if there was a further explanation about how these properties are determined to be "fair value" (beyond the three factors you listed). I know you don't want to give away too much information that may expose your algorithm, but I'd have a lot more interest in the product if I was educated by what Homey defines as "fair value", along with a methodology.

Yep we use an extraction software from the likes of craigslist or kijiji and collect the listing price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and then find homes that are closest to the 3rd quartile range within around 200 different homes every week in the GTA. That quartile range is where we found to be a good representation of homes that aren't too expensive or too cheap, and home buyers can take a look with the premium version to see what characteristics they have to benchmark some qualities they want in their next home by knowing what price, amenities, and others to look for. Only the top homes closest to that Quartile is shown every week, and 50 to 100 homes will be featured every month. Sure its still in beta phase more so now but will send you the link in private
