Do you ever drive by a building and think - I'd love to buy that?

I have these moment often (most of the time with old bank buildings) - but the Scholastic Building on King West tops the list - I just want it!

Anyone else have moments like that?

Mono Lino Typesetting on Dupont St Update...
Its owned and operated by an Asian Noodle company - they make noodles and Fortune cookies in there. Went by and spoke to them a couple weeks ago.
