Car shares right in the building are great! Especially in urban locations where it's not necessarily practical to own a car for day-to-day use. Here in Toronto we're seeing a lot of really high-end spa amenities too, like hot and cold plunge pools, juice bars, massage facilities etc.
One of my favourite amenities is the 50,000 square-foot community centre that's part of this master-planned neighbourhood.
