Inventory in the new and resale markets?
Now that we are a couple of weeks into January, how are you finding inventory levels so far? In the new market? And in resale?
I know this time of year is always slower for listings ... even my own listing clients are waiting a couple of months to list their places. At the moment I have a number of buyers and we are looking forward to a little more choice in the market and wondering what everyone is experiencing.
