^^A lot of developments that I am seeing in Toronto these days are avoiding anything to do with 4s and 13s, from suite numbers to floor numbers.
And, if you can score a municipal number of 88, then you are golden!
In fact, while working for a builder 8 years ago, we had to renumber an entire floor just prior to registration to accommodate a purchaser in tears because her suite number was changed to a 13. She said there was no way that should could ever live in it, and no chance that she would want to sell it to someone.
