That's a complicated subject. If there were a simple answer we'd all know it but I'm sure most Realtors struggle with marketing. Some might excel in one media over another and some have more money to spend. One thing I can guarantee you is that the firm or brokerage as its called will do very little marketing on the agents behalf.. Most agents that are good at marketing have their own individual campaigns and could probably even change brokerages and not have it affect their brand too much...
