Looking for a condo ready for 2015 completion

I was wondering if I could get some up to date info regarding projects that will be ready in 2015, as I am looking to buy for my son once he finishes his studies. The last time I purchased a pre-construction unit was in 2006 so I am not up to date as to what is available these days. Specifically I am looking for:

One bedroom (parking or locker not a necessity) but close to a Yonge line subway station, or somewhere near either St Andrew or Osgoode subway. But that's it, nothing elsewhere. I'm ok with possibly an early 2016 occupancy date but some of these new developments at Yonge and Eglinton like Redpath, 2221, E and the like that have tentative 2017 dates are too far out and thus are not an option, unfortunately.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have access to a 1 bedroom + den at 210 Simcoe (Queen and University) and Neon (Yonge and Eglinton) by assignment. Both currently scheduled to close in 2015. What size and price range were you thinking of?

Hi Nik, There is a new site out there called CondoNow where you can search through projects exactly by this feature! it is for Realtors only (not sure if you are one) but you can also ask your Realtor to search it for you.

Talkcondo.com also offers a feature to review condos based on completion date. However, I strongly recommend to not fully trust any completion dates because there are good chances it will not complete on time as we have seen with many recent developments. Plan accordingly!
