New to Buzz Buzz Home

I am new to Buzz Buzz Home and this looks to be a great place to chat with other real estate agents across the globe. I have noticed that most of the agents here are from Canada. I am wondering if this site has expanded yet to other areas as well. I would love to connect and build a referral network in all 50 states in the US and I would love finding agents in all the provences of Canada. Is there a way to find and follow agents based on location? What other tips can you call provide me with as it relates to Buzz Buzz Home? All feedback is appreciated.

Hi Margaret,

The easiest way to build a network on BuzzBuzzHome, especially across regions, is to get active wherever you can on the site! Post on the forum and "follow" projects that you might be interested in. If you come across a particular realtor that sounds interesting to you, "follow" them as well and see what they're saying about real estate on the site.

We are currently expanding across the US, with extensive listings in New York City, Miami, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. That said, our expansion is rapid so stay tuned for listings in many more cities very soon!

Hey @Margaret Pelc welcome to the BuzzBuzzHome chat's! I've only been here a short while but I can tell you that it is a great group of people discussing a great topic (real estate obviously!). @Kiyoko Fujimura's advice is spot on. Just get involved in the discussion. Being a US based Realtor you can bring a slightly different perspective to the conversation...... they can get a little Vancouver/Toronto heavy in my opinion (not a bad thing, just always good to see a different perspective on a topic).

I don't know if there is a way to "filter" people on here by their location..... maybe @Matthew Slutsky can answer that one.

Also If you are looking to network with more of a national audience beyond Greensboro (great area of the country FYI! Love the Carolinas!) have you looked into joining the Active Rain real estate network? www.activerain.com.

Looking forward to reading your perspective in the Chats!
