When does the Fall Real Estate market start?

When does the Fall Real Estate market kick off?

I have noticed more listings and Sold signs than usual. Is it already starting?

Does anyone have any forecasts if it will be a strong market, or softer than usual?

The fall market will start next week when agents, buyers and sellers are all back from summer vacation and after the children settle into their new schools. I think the market will be very strong and will respond well to attractively priced properties. If the asking price is high the property will linger and will not get top dollar.

Seems like the fall market started a bit early this year. I did take some time off a couple weeks ago but there was lots of action at the office. IMO it's already started.

The fall market normally picks back up in September when everyone comes back from their vacations, long weekends, kids go back to school, and buyers/sellers go back to the comfort zone from which they can start taking action again.
