The building is equipped with the new 1VALET software system that with facial recognition entry, contactless mobile phone entry, parcel scanning entry access and delivery notification, and a platform that allows homeowners to book amenity space. The site is one of the first concrete developments in the Cambie Corridor to be located just off Cambie Street. Subsequently, the project benefits from being on a quiet residential street but still being very close to Cambie Street and the Queen Elizabeth Park.
