PENTHOUSES
Our lives are made up of special moments, many of which take us by surprise. The Penthouse Collection at 450 Warren delivers these memorable moments in abundance each time you return to your urban sanctuary in the sky.
Thoughtfully designed by SO-IL, each penthouse is architecturally distinct with unique design elements such as bridges, skylights, and duplex outdoor spaces.
The three penthouses share important hallmarks with approximately 2,000 interior square feet and three bedrooms, four exposures making for homes that are bright, open, and finished with clean elevated materials that are a joy to touch and experience, and a plethora of oversized windows with dramatic views over Gowanus, Boerum Hill, or the Downtown Brooklyn skyline.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Life extends from indoor to outdoor across a minimum of three distinct outdoor spaces of spectacular proportions from approximately 800 to 1,400 square feet. The main outdoor terrace and garden is connected by a floor-to-ceiling glass entry to maximize the quality of living in every season. Private gardens feature curated urban plant species selected by Gowanus Canal Conservancy and Brooklyn Grange.
CHEF’S KITCHEN
The dramatic open concept chef’s kitchen is fitted with a suite of sophisticated appliances and a substantial island to gather around. The custom cabinetry provides ample storage, freeing up the gorgeous warm Rosa Portogallo countertops accented by a white quartz backsplash. The seamlessly integrated Bosch induction cooktop, wall oven, wine cooler, and dishwasher invites you to cook and entertain in absolute comfort.
PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITES
The primary bedroom sanctuaries are airy and tranquil with gorgeous windows drenching the room in natural light. Custom storage is outfitted into every space with sleek built-in closets. The adjacent en-suite bathroom includes radiant flooring, a curved ceiling, and a textured glass clerestory window, which lets in soft morning light hitting the matte white tiles and marble floating countertop.
SECONDARY BEDROOMS
Many of the secondary bedrooms include a secluded balcony or terrace. Custom storage is outfitted into every space.
SECONDARY BATHS
Each bathroom takes a simple and understated approach to materials, with floating marble countertops.
