POWER ROOM
Rich in materiality, the Blue de Savoie floors with a Nero Marquina stone border provide a sophisticated backdrop to the hand-carved Nero Marquina marble vanity. Burnished brass elongated wall sconces and Waterworks fittings complete the composition.

Each element of the residence design reflects Peter Pennoyer's meticulous approach to design and spatial planning. The private entry foyer introduces the warmth of natural light the moment one steps onto the private landing. The custom metalwork and glass entry door lead to a classically proportioned formal foyer with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and Chevron patterned oak floors.
