Positives: Close to GO station. Show more Negatives: Quality of build is awful. No quality control checks. No coordination between subs. Had over 150 deficiencies and repairs are still not complete after two years. Comments: Avoid this builder at all costs. They will give you an incomplete home and you have to renovate yourself to make it liveable. Show less

Positives: Nice efficient townhome design, toilets are efficient 4.8 liter per flush. Tankless efficient water tank. Overall design is nice. It is a bit narrow though but it's not a problem for most people. Show more Negatives: They sold the houses before houses were fully complete. Like 95%. a/c not hooked up, some floor vents not in. Comments: wait until end of 2020 to move in. people are moving in before houses are even done. my neighbors have moved in and their windows don't even have blinds in front of the windows. luckily mines does, but a few things still need to be put in. it's a shame they let people move in before doing a proper home move in inspection. wait a few months before moving in when construction finishes. Show less
