Positives: Location Show more Negatives: Post sales service, building materials, contacting staff, etc. Comments: The developer has been, to say the very least extremely challenging to deal with. They've kept us waiting on closing the building for over a year constantly blaming the city for this or that and at the end it was due to them not filing the application correctly in the first place. They have an extremely high turnover in staff (good indicator of what it's like to work there as well) and so it's hard to find the right people to talk to. Also, I have not spoken to a single Triumph representative which I found to be helpful, kind or resourceful. They are often full of attitude. I think overall building wise, they could have done a lot better in the selection of building materials. The sink in my bathroom sprays all over the place because it's not deep enough. My stand up shower often lets water out because the base plate is also not deep enough. My hardwood had large gaps everywhere. My balcony has no light! The list goes on and on. Show less

Positives: Green initiatives like geothermal heating and green roof. Great location. Unique exterior. Show more Negatives: Poor communication from builder and lack of customer service from its employees. Comments: Customer service from the builder was lacking after we moved in. Our direct contact was very unprofessional. The building is still not registered after 11 months yet no word from the builder on why. Residents have tried to contact the builder numerous times with little reply. Very frustrating experience. Show less
