Positives: Awesome, luxury boutique condo Show more Negatives: No amenities Comments: This building is awesome to live in. The location is amazing. It is quiet and peaceful. The building itself is very unique with huge, private balconies. It is clean and well maintained. There is a great, safe and space saving parking area. New management is helpful, friendly and supportive, located literally across the street. It is well built and i never hear my neighbors unlike other condos i have lived in. Gorgeous kitchens, gas stove and gas line to balcony, 10 ft ceilings, luxury bathrooms. The list of posiitives go on. Show less

Positives: Nothing Show more Negatives: Poor build quality, tries to avoid honouring warranty Comments: The building is hideous. The only elevator in the building was out of operation for over 5 months. We had to climb over rat-infested garbage to reach our own front door. The builder has lied several times to Tarion to avoid honouring the warranty for the deficient and unliveable building he has put up. Show less
