Positives: Nothing Negatives: Shoddy workmanship, poor build quality, poor customer service, lacking behind other builders Comments: 4 years into new build I have had issues with flooring, tiles, plumbing and all contractors I have called into address issues say its shoddy workmanship by Sundial. Even issues I had under my 1st year were really tough to get addressed by the builder - they are always looking to minimize any post sale support and clearly won't stand behind their product. I have drainage issues in my backyard due to poor grading and I am sure they will be content to say its not their problem and blame it on something. I will never recommend this builder and have told my entire network of people to stay away.
