Positives: Great home - well designed Comments: Thank you to the team at Stateview homes both onsite and in the corporate office. - As one can expect there can be issues and concerns when closing your home. The team onsite Joe, Dave were absolute professionals in willing to help us get our issues resolved with explanations to when we can expect the corrections to take place. The team in the office Melissa and Angie we can't thank you enough for ensuring we all parties were satisfied with the outcome on some key concerning items and issues. The team at Icare truly does show the care about the home owners and their reputation. - Looking forward to your next project MINU.

Positives: Amazing experience. To the point I cancelled a home purchase with another builder and bought with Stateview. Great customer approach and compassion. Highly recommend. Negatives: Nothing so far. Cannot wait for my home be built. Comments: Fantastic experience from the start. Upgrades unbelievable compared to other thieving builders. Get more bang for your buck. Can't wait to see the finished product. Customer service thus far even from head office amazing. Julian Uccelo VP of operations absolutely great!

Positives: They were always there for me once my home was built and their service department in on mark by making sure they are available 24/7. Comments: They built my townhouse 2 years ago and I do have to say that they make sure they are not just that cookie cutter builder. They are always giving new designs and allowing us as homeowners to put our own touch to detail! I had an amazing experience with them and would buy from them again
