Negatives: Now that we've lived here over a year they don't respond to ANY concerns
Comments: They'll say and do anything to get you to purchase their one of their properties until its been some time then they will stop responding, making excuses, and now completely not reply to any of our concerns. When you see them in person and ask about it, they say to fill out a request online but no one will reply. We've filled multiple and have been ghosted. Our next home will not be Royale. I'll max out characters listing all the issues we've encountered.
