Positives: A great location Show more Negatives: Developers cant plan or provide real dates if life depended on it Comments: Developers inability to communicate honestly about realistic completion dates is costing me close to $20K, as well as considerable lifestyle hardships. In addition, shoddy workmanship was found during the suite walk-through. Negatives: Developers misleading buyers regarding completion dates. Currently on 5th Date addendum. Comments: VERY upset; the completion date is 11 months overdue (as of May 2021). Understand about COVID delays and all, but the 5th (FIFTH!!!) "date revising" addendum was received in March 2020. Rather than dragging the buyers along for 3 months at a time, just give us a date when you can assure completion, then buyers can establish financial and accomodation plans accordingly. As it is I am out significant investment income and have rented in an overpriced locale for a year (was initially expected to be IN the new condo 8 months ago). Getting to hate the condo, and I haven't spent a day in it. A very dissatisfied customer. Show less
