Positives: Great condo project in a unique master plan community. This could be one of the last project of this size in this neighborhood. Show more Negatives: Not sure how the location will be viewed by prospective home buyers due to it's proximity to the Fraser River. Comments: A very exciting new development in the area within a short drive to shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. Show less
