Negatives: Bad customer service
Comments: Very bad customer service. They rarely answer phone calls or reply to emails. They take forever to honour any request you have. Definitely I will NOT do business with this developer again!

Positives: An amazing product no doubt. The floor plans throughout the building are great, and the finished product is outstanding, really impressed
Negatives: Minor issues are expected, but I had some major issues that I'm waiting to get fixed. I'm sure they will, but it was surprising.
Comments: @Bstreets. Really impressed with the finishing, workmanship, and overall product. Most importantly I can see that the quality will last as will the building itself. There will always be small issues that have to be fixed with the 30-day, however there are a couple pending issues (for which the customer service has been great) that have not been resolved, so I'm unsure what the result will be. I'll update this review at that time.
