Positives: Love the modern exterior options Show more Negatives: Layouts are not functional... Kitchens a very small... Not a true open concept. Great room and dining are the same size (too small for a great room). Comments: Would love if the kitchen extended into breakfast area (most genXers don't use a "formal" dining area). Make the modern options truly open concept (no divisions). Show less

The floor plans throughout the building are great, and the finished product is outstanding, really impressed Show more Negatives: Minor issues are expected, but I had some major issues that I'm waiting to get fixed. I'm sure they will, but it was surprising. Comments: @Bstreets. Really impressed with the finishing, workmanship, and overall product. Most importantly I can see that the quality will last as will the building itself. There will always be small issues that have to be fixed with the 30-day, however there are a couple pending issues (for which the customer service has been great) that have not been resolved, so I'm unsure what the result will be. I'll update this review at that time. Show less
