Positives: Walking score 98, accordingly to Toronto Life Yonge/Ellington area best Neighbor to live
Comments: Great layout , square design, 1 bed condo starting from 435 sq ft, 2 bed about 650 sq ft. Most growing neighbourhood in Toronto, subway 2 steps away good for investors and end users.

Positives: Review is for Liberty Market Lofts: Great building with unique amenities. It's on the more retail-y side of Liberty Village, so the location is awesome!
Negatives: There was a leak during the great Toronto flood of 2013. It didn't affect our unit, but some units were damaged, and the amenities were out of commission for awhile.
Comments: All in all, good experience with the developer and the building! Great heating and A/C system, which can be a real challenge with 17' ceilings.
