Positives: Show more Negatives: They are abusing the boards to follow their dirty goals. Comments: They have very bad intentions not to improve buildings and even after 4-5 years still they are collecting vote to have the power and abuse immigrants who doesn’t know their rights. They sold the commercial units very expensive and after six years the owners can have the mortgage from bank , and all of them have to pay a high interest for their Mortgages and TMI, after 6 years the price is almost close to half the first day that they sold. NO service or respect to committment Comments: They cancelled their project COSMO CONDOS and returned money to 1150+ buyers after keeping their money for 2 years on the flimsy pretext that "they could not secure financing" even though they sold their project 100%. This is a complete lie in order to make more money on this development. Clearly they have no shame and will do anything for profit. Positives: None Show more Negatives: They make you believe that you bought a condo and then they cancel the project 2 years later to resell in the future for more money Comments: If there was a rating of 0 stars, that’s what I would rate liberty development. Greedy cons cancelled the Cosmos Condominiums that were scheduled to be built in Vaughan at Jane/Highway 7. The project was SOLD OUT and they said the could not secure financing “satisfactory” to the vendor... Talk about underhanded and despicable. What a tactic to cancel all the buyers’ purchase agreements - only to build bigger towers with more suites and charge double if not triple the price that the purchasers had originally bought it for.
