Negatives: Customer service, Staff and Communication
Comments: My experience with this company couldn't be worse. Terrible information channel. They don't answer emails and when they do they are extremely vague and dubious. Very poor customer service. They keep changing delivery dates and deadlines. They are unable to return a call or provide consistent information. Unprofessional attitudes are costing me a lot of time and money. I would recommend staying away from this developer.

Comments: Over the years, they never reply your emails, poor communication with buyer and buyer agent. They don't allow presale assignments regardless of you(presale purchaser) losing your job or experiencing hardship with COVID. As an agent, do you want to work with them? or to recommend to your buyers ?
