Positives: The design of the building is nice Negatives: Terrible customer service; poor quality and finishing of the work; they hire eventual people to deliver at completion who are clueless about the project. Billy Leung was responsible, did a poor job Comments: They are the owners of the Murray Hotel and are not taking care of the SRO causing problems to all the neighbourhood.

Positives: Negatives: They are note responsible. Lied to us about the neighborhood. Building is poor quality. Appliances are cheap. Does not provide any customer service. Comments: The worst developer I ever seen! poor quality building and not responsible for the deficiency. My unit has problem with the dish washer, dryer, and washing machine within 5 month after completion date. I filed the service request and emailed them twice to follow up. Never heard back from them after 2 weeks. Then I called them to ask for help, and received horrible customer service. Super disappointed and won't recommend to any people to buy from them!
