Positives: Show more Negatives: The layout and information provided to be in the homeowner manual and the layouts are completely false and off!! Comments: We have had many issues moving into this home. I would NOT recommend purchasing a home with this company. Our washer and dryer door opens inwards making it impossible for the W/D units to go in the laundry room. The layout states that the door and open fully with the washer and dryer, however, upon buying the recommended washer and dryer unit and dishwasher finding out the door is designed wrong, they will not take any responsibility. They go back on their words saying they didn’t recommend anything (even though I have the manual in hand to show it) and that the sizing can “vary” and basically punishing us and saying it is our fault because we did not buy the washer and dryer unit through them. So I guess they are mad at us for not buying the products through them even though it is their own fault design. Very unprofessional. Show less

Positives: Great build quality, killer location, unbeatable price Show more Negatives: Urban location (for better or worse!) Comments: High quality development - fit and finishes are top notch, sales team was super knowledgeable and accommodating, amenities and location are on point. There are basically no new homes for sale at this size and price point anywhere near Newport/Costa Mesa/Irvine. The development is surrounded by a fair amount of businesses and is nearby the airport - so maybe best for a younger couple, renters/investment, or as a second home / corporate housing for folks who travel to and from OC for work or pleasure. Tons of retail around the location though and super easy access to multiple freeways and the SNA airport. Very thoughtful design inside and out. They've done a great job of making this feel like a community (despite the surrounding business environment). Maybe a bit of a trailblazing community - several others (including another two by the same builder) have gone up since in the same area. Show less
