Positives: Lovely show homes / rooftop patios have BBQ, Hot Tub, & TV Comments: I've been looking for a new home the last two months and visited both of their show homes. Love the split-level design and custom cabinetry - it's laid out well. The wine fridge in the island is a nice touch. I haven't seen a rooftop patio quite like this before. Check out the one with the bbq, hot tub, & wall-mounted TV. I can see my myself drinking wine with friends while watching the game. There’s not really many amenities so keep that in mind but I was told there’s a YMCA gym around the corner.
