Comments: We have cracks in our foundation water leaking in the basement draughty windows and doors pour electrical workmanship with shocks from the light switches and improper use of GFCI plugs where needed and a furnace installed incorrectly and not the appropriate size for the home
Do yourself a favour and buy from another builder

Comments: this builder goes to great lengths to disappoint their customers. poor customer service throughout; they are consistent about making errors and not owning up to their mistakes and making them right. purchaser beware. you must be constantly on top of the progress to ensure that your paid upgrades (or standard finishes) are being done correctly. they continue to make huge errors and produce very poor quality; poor sub-trade quality and finishing. don't be fooled by their propaganda on their web site/sales package as quoted: "committed to quality; committed to you. Greycrest is ... committed to building quality homes and homes of character.... Exceptional value..." there is no truth to this statement. Greycrest is the exact opposite of what they claim to be.
