Positives: Good location, and workers are willing to help Negatives: Horrible quality, unprofessional customer service Comments: Greenpark is the worst builder I have ever seen. First of all, Don’t miss calls from them or you will get 350 dollars fee for not reply in time. However, I admit that’s my fault, but they keep can’t telling me my upgrades were out of stock, and ask me to serval places to pick leftover upgrades during COVID. Oh, for exterior wall, they never told me they changed the colour from light grey to yellow. I thought that was unfinished layer before I moved in, but I don’t care anymore because interior quality is unbelievably horrible. Paint job was done so poorly, screw holes everywhere, vent covers are still hanging on the ceiling. I tried to push them back to where they should be and pipe moved. when I reported the issue, to customer service, the lady seemed very unhappy, told me she would send somebody and hangup on me right after If the they can fix the defects, I still think it’s great townhouse. But If you want a peace of mind, Do NOT buy from greenpark.

Positives: Good After Sales Service Negatives: Really, really cheap standard features Comments: A solid builder of homes with above-average quality. After-sales customer service has been excellent. A great team of people are putting their hard work into the building of its homes. My biggest concern with Greenpark is that it doesn't appear to evolve with consumer needs over time. Same floor plans are recycled over many years with very little tweaking here and there. For the type of standard features included, their home prices are ridiculously high. 2 3/4" hardwood floors included in 50' detached homes priced at $1.7M is nearly an insult to the home buyer. I purchased a home with Greenpark for $750K in 2012 and it's sad to see that their offerings have not changed materially after 4 years, only doubling the price tag.

Positives: Great after sales and after possession service. Greenpark tries their best to resolve any problems that they can. Negatives: Just the layout was average. They need to change their appliance supplier. Comments: I would love to buy my next house with this builder again in future.
