Negatives: Everything about it is misleading
Comments: They present the building like it has world class amenities when in reality there's a pathetic gym and you aren't allowed to use the pool in the building without being subjected to Lavelle's minimum spend. Meanwhile, Lavelle's patrons are barbaric, regularly defacing the building that the maintenance fee then covers.
Two of the four elevators have never worked and the showers are weird and extremely hard to keep clean.
The units are small but the balconies are decent sized.
Would never live here if I knew how it actually is.
