Positives: Show more Comments: As my fiancé and I looked for our next home, we did extensive work and spent considerable time looking throughout Tsawwassen. We looked at Boardwalk as well as the ‘older Tsawwassen’ and also at Tsawwassen Springs. We spent months researching and visiting homes both in person and online but could not find anything that met our needs. When we met Tamara, she was very sharp, extremely professional and able to speak very clearly about the West Coast Estates development and the many benefits. They are super responsive and always willing to engage and answer any questions we have both about our home and the whole process they follow in their developments. WCE has a great reputation as solid, dependable builders and we were blown away by the offerings. Our current building has many issues, including poor craftsmanship and poor customer service from the developer. We highly recommend buying from WCE, and we are likely to buy additional properties from Executive Group Show less

Positives: Tamara was helpful and nice Show more Negatives: In February we bought lot 22,floor plan 3A , it had a lockout suite. We put our two 5% deposits down and then were told in April that the suite was being eliminated. Comments: Buyer beware!! How does Executive Group market, propose and sell us a unit with a legal lockout suite, take our two 5% deposits, hold on to it for 3 months and then tell us that the suite will no longer be included??The suite was going to be for my wife's Mom and it would've been perfect, giving both us and her our own private living space. It also would've been a great mortgage helper as a rental income in the future. No reason was given for this drastic change in the floor plans. Had they told us this earlier we would've been able to find a similar house with a suite for close to the same price but were now unable to as housing prices soared. We decided to back out as this was NOT what we had agreed to purchase. Lastly it doesn't look like they've done any progress on building for the past 3+ months. Good luck on completion anytime soon.
