Positives: Great layout, spacious rooms Show more Negatives: Poor quality finishing, lack of craftsmanship, utilization of own crews, poor customer service, lack of follow up, design flaws and no accountability Comments: Recently purchased and moved into the Noble Development by Essence. The layouts are fantastic, the process to close was rushed, no flexibility upon the developer in regards to the (PDI) a Pre delivery inspection. We were given 1 hour to inspect over 2000 sqft, and within the hour you are to list all the deficiencies, operate the appliances, open the drawers and doors etc. NOT NEARLY ENOUGH TIME!!! there was so many items to list we were 30 minutes in and only in the first bedroom. No surprise this developer uses its own crews and not trades people whom take pride in what a finished product should look like. Every seam is visible stud finders are not required because you can see every screw poking out of the wall. Good from far, but far from good!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE apparently the developers design flaws and installation mishaps are not considered deficiencies and will not be repaired. Good luck with the New Home Warranty, No after sale service. Seen better DYI Renos Show less
