Positives: Location, Design, all season Pool and overall quality of Construction Show more Negatives: Sound proofing could be improved. Comments: The location of all of the Wyldewood projects gives direct access to the extensive Collingwood trail system. The design and construction of the Brandy Lane Wyldewood "Trails" complex is so appealing that I've already purchased a Wyldewood Creek pre-construction condo. The all season outdoor pool and enhanced recreational facilities will make it feel like a year round holiday destination. Show less

Positives: The location is exceptional. Show more Negatives: The "small stuff" is poorly executed, if at all. Comments: Location is exceptional, and overall design/layout of the complex is smart. However, this place falls down on the details. You can often hear the steps of your neighbour upstairs. The pool took months to open after residents moved in, and pool heat took even longer. Waterfront landscaping is spray seed over sticks and rocks. Communication on issues has been intermittent to nonexistent. Would be nice if Brandy Lane would sweat the small stuff. Show less
