Positives: Brand New Negatives: Quality is a bit questionable Comments: -2.5 yr old home had shingles coming off -leaking kitchen pipes -front porch grading not level and separating apart and we didn't get any railings even though it looks high enough for one. -upstairs bedroom window cracked -grass was all dead -we took ownership just as the warranty was expiring...so we could only get them to fix a few things...but after that they just stopped responding to my emails once it fully passed the 2 year warranty mark and non Tarion related issues
