Positives: I fell in love with the interior design Show more Negatives: After living here for a year, this building is a laundry list Comments: Upon purchase, I was in love with my home. However after a year, I can easily say building issues are the biggest problem. I am choosing not to go into details because of personal backlash living here. Just leaving a review for future homebuyers viewing this building. Show less

Positives: The finishes are very nice. Surface quality looks good too. Show more Negatives: Bad sound proofing? Or seems to be Comments: I came to view this place, and noticed the fact I can hear upstairs people walking. As a start, I find that a big red flag in structural quality. Then I realized this building is made mostly out of wood. That particularly explains why. I am still shocked I can hear so much of upstairs for a new condo. This honestly made me skeptical of wood built buildings. Buyers beware. Show less

Positives: Spacious Show more Negatives: See below Comments: Terrible experience after the moment they have you as a purchaser. As a first time homebuyer, we did not know better. We believed Aragon was a reputable developer because it has been around for decades. But boy were we wrong. My fiancé and I purchased a condo here because it looked very modern from the inside. Our experience easily went sour the first year we lived here. There were deficiencies we put in requests to fix, and they were very slow attend to. Which we thought were forgivable since there were other units with same problems. But then we discovered more and more problems that just could not be fixed. For example, the completely deficient HVAC. We were freezing through the winter on highest heat. Instead of any fix, we were told we were on our own. Eventually we spent figures on a heat pump + air conditioner setup. Another huge problem was the soundproofing. At this day and age, and with this luxury price tag, there simply should be like this. Show less

Positives: Nice outside Show more Negatives: Terrible to live inside Comments: Incredibly inefficient soundproofing, no security, lacking proper management in leadership, and too much to count-- making living in this building an absolute nightmare. And they never learn from their mistakes! Show less

Positives: Design, creativity, vision Show more Negatives: Poor structure, lack of efficient floor padding Comments: Looks good, but not great to live in. Deficient HVAC across the board, always noisy, and bad management. Ideal for singles or couples without pets or kids. Show less

Positives: Nice Layout and Finishings Show more Negatives: Very Poor After Purchase Care, Does not Address Deficiencies, My dishwasher and shower doesn't work, Have not gotten a response from anybody and it's been months Comments: I bought a 1 bedroom condo in their lighthouse development in New West Minister, British Columbia. My dishwasher doesn't work and my shower does not run hot water. I put in multiple service requests through their homeowner portal, to which I did not receive any response, I gave them a month to respond. I then reached out to their customer support and was in touch with their home owner experience manager Krista, who said someone should contact me within a few days to set a time up, they never contacted me. When I followed up with Krista, I did not receive any response to my follow up. Weeks have gone by. Very unprofessional, when you're spending 500k+ on a condo you expect at the minimum responsiveness however they are not interested in providing you with a home that is comfortable. Highly advise saving your hard earned dollars and going with a different developer if key functions aren't working (shower, dishwasher) and they do nothing about it you're just ganna be miserable like me. Positives: Great floor plan, great neighborhood so far and decent prices. Show more Negatives: Lack of customer service and willingness to assist with issues, broken appliances in the first week and lack of ownership to poor workmanship. Comments: As a first time home buyer, I would not recommend Aragon Developments. I've lived in my triplex for exactly one week now and I've used my dishwasher twice. Couple nights ago, while unloading my dishwasher I noticed that the front door of the dishwasher is already cracked. These "top of the line GE Monogram" products as mentioned by another reviewer must be complete garbage then or clearly not installed properly by their workers. I attempted to contact Aragon Properties, no response. I spoke with one of their construction managers and he just shrugged me off noting that once my completion date has ended then it's my hands. I get what he's sayings but really Aragon?! Your appliances just last for a week? I contacted GE Monogram as well, haven't heard back from them either. Essentially, I am just **** out of luck - no dishwasher to use or attempt to use it and have the dishwasher flood my kitchen. Lastly, their property management company that they use don't give a damn about you either Show less
