The project Villagia Island Paton consists in building a complex for retired people including two towers of 9 and 11 storey concrete structure. The project of 281 units divided into three product types (condo, rental, and ward) for a total investment of about $ 65 million. The complex included a wide variety of services and facilities for residents such as dining room, hair salon, pharmacy, convenience store, gym, indoor pool and two floors of underground parking.
Groupe Alta-Socam acts as a promoter, developer-builder, being responsible for the design of buildings with the team of professionals, the promotion, sale and rental units and construction of 281 housing units. The project is in partnership with Jalfid, an owner and manager of retirement residences and with Paul Boivin, a promoter.
The quality of construction and material selection was done in a sustainable and long-term functionality.
