From the builder: There are communities. And then there's Cornell.

This is where the master plan started with people, not roads, and with what today's families need long before we designed the first home. Cornell is a place famous for its block parties, Canada Day celebrations and a sense of community built on neighbours becoming friends. It's where you can leave the car at home and a short walk to the store takes a little longer because of the number of times you stop to chat along the way. Family-friendly parks and schools are all nearby, and a vibrant town square brings the community together in an easy to access location.

Our planners call the community design "new urbanism." We simply call it wonderful.
