LARGE, THREE STORY TOWNLOFTS
• The TownLoft residences offered are each a total of 6,500 square feet on three expansive levels.
• The interior floor area is larger than most lot sizes in the city.

HIGH CEILINGS
• The finished ceiling heights will be from 12 ft. to 14 ft. Ceilings of this height are an ultimate downtown luxury.
• These ceiling heights come at the expense of not adding another floor to the building, (and that added revenue).

PRIVATE TERRACES

PRIVACY
