Rohit Communities is proud to present Tawa Landing, located in the heart of Millwoods in Southeast Edmonton! Tawa Landing is a project under the First Place Program, a City of Edmonton initiative to help first-time home buyers who are looking for an entry level housing a financing option that puts owning their own home within their reach.
After the successes of Greenview Landing during the pilot phase of the program, Rohit Communities is proud to be once again collaborating with the city to develop and revitalize 9 vacant school sites into fresh new communities over the next 10 years. By seamlessly integrating the new development into the existing area, Rohit Communities plans on breathing new life into the community without compromising the character and feel of what has already been there for decades.
After three Design Consultation Meetings with the residents of the Tawa Community Committee, Rohit Communities has taken careful consideration of specific design requests and created a number of possible site layouts, with the most well received and advantage option finally having been decided upon as of late June.
