The kitchens will have European-styled cabinetry, granite or marble tile and a choice of porcelain tile, natural stone or engineered wood flooring. Recessed low-voltage halogen lighting and under cabinet lighting is included. Suites will also have natural stone feature walls.

Master ensuite bathroom plans call for a five to six foot acrylic bathtub, choice or porcelain or marble tiles on the shower walls, a rain forest showerhead and a choice of granite or quartz countertops. The shower will have a glass enclosure.
